Location
The villa is located at only 5 kilometers to the east of the center of El Carmen de Guadalupe (district of Rancho Redondo, Goicoechea).
Surrounded by forests and fern plantations, you can enjoy here the purest air and the best climate in all the Central Valley.
With the best panoramic view of mountains and the Central Valley, you will not find a better place to live, with a such healthy atmosphere and so near the city.
You will find at only 15 minutes schools and colleges, supermarkets, churches, etc., but you will not want to go out of here.

The House
The house is a very beautiful two floors Swiss chalet and an attic. Surrounded by a tumbergia fence, with antique style lights over natural posts, this house is your dream home to live.
Through large windows, from the living room and the dinning room, you can enjoy the excellent panoramic view of the whole Central Valley and even the Nicoya Gulf when there's clear sky. From the kitchen you can see the cypress forest and the river foot path.
On the first floor, built in anti-sismic concrete, there is located the social area of the house, composed by a living room with a gorgeous fireplace, which keeps the house warm and makes it even more cozy, the dinning room and the kitchen with its independent cupboard. Also, the main floor has a visitor restroom.
This Swiss chalet has an atractive corridor at the front and its roof is sostained by three cyress columns.
At the back side of the main floor is the laundry room with all its required instalations.
The second floor is completely carpeted, the same as the stairs and is finely decorated with a sura artisanship and cypress boards. The walls are isolated to keep the inside of the house warm.
At the front of the second floor is the balcony. From there you can appreciate an astounding view to he west: from the mountains of Escazu in the south to the hills of the Zurqui in the north, passing through San Jose downtown and suburbs, the view continues towards Heredia, Alajuela, Atenas, Grecia, San Ramon, Palmares, the Aguacate Hills, and finally on the horizon, the Nicoya Gulf and the peninsula of the same name. The view is really spectacular. From an east angle, there is no such incredible view of the Central Valley and its sorroundings, until the Pacific coast.
Back in the second floor of the house, this has a master room at the front, with its own bathroom and a walking closet. This room has a large window with west view. It also has a small chalet style window with forest and Rancho Redondo mountains view.
This room has cypress boards and sura artisanship decoration. The room is also carpetes and its walls are isolated too so it's always warmer than the outside.
Behind this master room, there is an estudio or muntifuncional room, that may be destinated for bedroom, library, office or simply may be a T.V. room.
In the back side of the second fllor, there are two bedrooms, with the same decoration of all this floor and with a beatiful east montains view.
In the third floor there is an attic, that is of the same large of all the house and it is generally used as a storage.
With a total building area of 168 square meters, this house is the most cozy place to make your home in the mountains.
This chalet, same as the deck, was built with first quality materials.
 
The Land
This rectangular corner lot, is 3 400 square meters. The entrance is located at the southwest corner, next to the security guard house. From the entrance of appreciate the deck at all its extension, and behind it, the house, located at the upper part of the property.
To the north, it is the cypress forest, which is crossed by a beautiful footh path that takes you to the Navarro River, which nascent is at 200 meters, being this the north limit of the property.
In this villa there are mostly green areas and gardens that, with the cypress forest, conform the perfect natural setting for this mountain paradise.
