Komuya Amazing Property

This extraordinary property has 312 hectares (771 acres), 280 hectares (692 acres) of primary forest. The rest of the property has coffee and pastures. It borders the La Amistad International Park. This Park has 406,147 hectares (1,003,611 acres), part of it in Costa Rica and the rest in Panama. The park has been declared a "World Heritage Site" by UNESCO. The Pacuares River, a pristine river that originates in the Park, runs through the property. This river is considered the best in the country for whitewater fishing.

It is located 82 kilometers south of San José, Costa Rica, with a paved road in front of the access. The property has a main house, carataker's house, cabin, glamping, horse stables. Internal road to the Pacuares River and the Observatory deck. 12 kilometers of trails within the property.
